I am in Seattle with my daughter Gabby and her Santa Rosa United team for the ECNL event.

When you are on the road and you want to watch World Cup games, you watch wherever and whenever possible.  Technology makes it a lot easier than in years past.

At 5am, my brother Andrew, who was recently hired as the Director of Soccer Operations for Santa Rosa United, woke us up for the Brazil vs Costa Rica game.  We are sharing a hotel room, but unfortunately, the early game wasn’t on TV.  Andrew hooked up his ipad and we watched it online.

For the Iceland vs Nigeria game, I watched the first part in the hotel gym while getting some exercise with a few other SRU parents.  I’d like to say I watched the entire game while exercising, but that would be a lie…

We finished the game in the hotel lobby before heading to the field.  Three different tv’s…no problem!

This is our World Cup squad the next few days while we are here in Seattle.
